How to make your New Years Resolutions

Here at City Gym we are massive advocates of making healthy adjustments to your life so you can be living at 100%.

That’s not to say that you’re not enough as you are.
Because you are. Completely. Utterly. Enough.

BUT.

When was the last time you actually stopped to take stock of what’s going on in your world?

As you set about making your Resolutions for 2020, we invite you to give your life a satisfaction rating out of 10 in the following areas:
Work
Love Life
Movement
Family
Socialising
Home
Financial Situation

We are not suggesting you give your life a massive overhaul, but if any of these categories above are falling below a 6/7 out of 10, then maybe that gives you an indication on what might need your attention as you move into 2020?
