General Information

In case you aren't convinced with our gym services yet, here are some of many benefits that you receive by signing up.

Opening Times

Monday to Friday - 6:30am until 9:00pm
Saturday & Sunday - 8:00am until 7:00pm

Lockers

We have lockers in both male and female changing rooms as well as lockers on the gym floor for ease of use. (Please bring your own lock)

Towel Rental

Rent a towel from reception for £1 for wiping down machines or using the shower.

Pre-Workout Bar

Choose from an assortment of Pre-Workout supplements to boost your workouts on your down days.

Water

Forgot your water bottle, no drama. Grab yourself a cold water from our fridge for £1 or use the water fountain for free.

Boxing Equipment

Don't have gloves, no problem. We have a range of boxing gloves for you to use when using the bag. Soon, you'll be able to buy your own from us too.

City Gym Staff

We employ our staff based on character, passion, and desire to inspire through their work in the hope this transfers over to our members and clients. We love what we do, we hope you do too :D
